What is Big Sky Bachelorettes?
Big Sky Bachelorettes, LLC is a locally owned, small business. We specialize in Airbnb/hotel decor and setup for bachelorette, bachelor and birthday parties in the Big Sky/Bozeman area.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Reach out through our contact form to schedule a call----we'll talk budget, theme, activity interests and services and go from there.
Do you only plan bachelorette parties?
Nope! While bachelorette parties are our speciality, we also plan bachelor parties, birthday trips, girls weekends and family reunions. Whatever your reason for a celebration, we're here to assist you!
What's your pricing model?
We offer flexible pricing based on custom needs and complexity. After an initial conversation, we'll provide a quote. We require 50% deposit upfront to reserve your spot and the remaining balance two weeks before your trip. We accept payment through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
*grocery bills will be charged separately after shopping trip
Do you book reservations?
We do not book Airbnb's or activities directly but we can happily assist with creating an itinerary and recommendations for local businesses and stays.
How does access to the house work?
You will send us the check-in instructions to your Airbnb/hotel and we will arrive right at check in. We'll need 2-3 hours depending on your package then you can come in after. You're welcome to drop off your stuff while we work! We recommend asking your Airbnb host for early check-in so we can be done earlier in the day.
Do you take down decor at the end of the trip?
You and your guests are responsible for taking down and throwing away decor at the end of your trip, unless included or agreed upon in package.
Do you travel outside Big Sky?
Yes! I will also curate events in Bozeman for a small fee of $25. Other nearby areas such as Yellowstone, Belgrade and Livingston will considered for an additional fee as well.
What's your cancellation policy?
Because we begin ordering supplies and planning right away, deposits are non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule your event if needed.
